Azerbaijani pasties
For Christmas I managed to visit Baku. Conquered not only the city but also its cuisine. Mingle with the locals, I learned a lot of interesting recipes! That seems to be a similar dish and we do, and something added, plus local spices, and all the new style and all new plays!!! Qutab - a traditional and very popular dish of Azerbaijani cuisine. Cook kutaby stuffed with greens or meat. Work Qutab crisp with a slight acidity!

Ingredients
