Seafood salad with white beans (mariner Ensalada de alubias blancas)
This salad is full of different tastes - it is connected to seafood, vegetables and beans. He is very rich, so it can be served as a main dish. The preparation will take some time because you will have to clean and cook all the seafood. In addition, if you are cooking beans, and not buy ready-made they need to soak and leave overnight, and then cook for about an hour until soft. But this salad is worth your time and effort because you get great tasty, healthy, diet food.

Ingredients

  • Beans

If you can't buy good fresh fish, you can use frozen seafood.

1. Make salad dressing: mix mustard with lemon juice. I love their salads are sour, so add enough lemon juice or vinegar. Here squeezed about half a lemon. Gradually in a thin stream, pour about 50 g of olive oil, constantly whisking the dressing with a whisk to emulsify.

Water and salt are to be added, since within the shells there are salt water the mussels will release while cooking. Cover pot and cook mussels over medium heat (or slightly below average) until they are revealed. Discard unopened shells and remove the mussels from the drop-down. The liquid remaining from their preparation, you can save and use for cooking fish soup. 5. Add the beans to the vegetables and stir.
