Cookies
Zimtsterne traditional Christmas cookies as stars with cinnamon, which is made in Germany. Very delicious, soft, flavorful cookie - a real treat.

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    300 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Alcohol

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Almond pour boiling water and leave for 10-15 minutes, then peel and grind with a blender.

Egg whites at room temperature with powdered sugar vzbit in a solid foam.

Put 2 tbsp. of the whipped egg whites with powdered sugar by weight for coating the cookies before baking.

To the whipped egg whites with powdered sugar add the ground cinnamon, vanilla sugar, alcohol, chopped almonds (leave a little for topping the table when rolling the dough into the reservoir), knead the dough, wrap in cling film and put in the cold for 30 minutes.

Table sprinkle with remaining chopped almonds and roll out the dough to a thickness of ~1 cm.
