Drunken calmarie with sauce
Squid sauce will not spoil))), and especially sauce "saganaki", which is perfect for all seafood. A quick and easy recipe. Available for beginners and very busy Housewives. You will pleasantly surprise your family and unexpected guests.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    600 g

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Vodka

    50 ml

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Feta

    300 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Allspice

Cleaned squid. You can use frozen squid. They do not need to be cleaned. Cut into portions. Dry with paper towel. On a hot frying pan put the squid without adding oil and set over high heat. Continuously stir until then, until the squid will give juice (about 5 min).

Drain off liquid and add to the pan olive oil. Stir and extinguish ouzo or anisette. Please do not use regular vodka.

After about 5 minutes the alcohol evaporates, and we can add the tomato sauce from fresh tomatoes and chopped parsley. Dowodem to a boil. Ie, simmer about 5 min. to the tomato's roasted.
