Hearty evening meals in 50 minutes

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    10 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Salt

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

Cut the meat into slices about 1 cm thick and replusive it to form "pancake", salt, season and pour vinegar over it.

Potatoes peeled and cut into cubes, julienne strips (as you like)

Cut onion into rings

Form (pan) grease a small amount of sunflower oil and spread the onion, then meat.

Lubricated sour cream (more than half).

Spread on top of potatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese and grease with the sour cream (the remaining). Put in oven heated to 180-200 degrees for 40-50 min.
