Pie with apricots and lemon zest
I like this recipe for its simplicity. As a filling you can use any berries or fruit. One of my favorite options -- apricots with lemon zest and brown sugar. Peace of this pie turns out! One flavor that is!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Apricot

  • Lemon peel

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Margarine (100 g, vegetable fat) grated and mixed with flour (1.5 St), with 1 Cup sugar and 1 tsp of baking powder. Rubs, mash the mixture to crumbs.
