I have every year for Easter bake not just cakes but also baskets. In the middle where I put the cake and sides decorated with painted eggs. It turns out very beautifully and solemnly. Why have I never put the recipe? It's simple. I was in search of the perfect dough for the baskets. Every year I bake them differently. But I found the perfect dough recipe that is perfect for Easter baskets. Today I had dress rehearsal before Easter and I did step by step photos. And from this dough I bake bread in the oven now for the last six months.

From this quantity of products obtained by two baskets. Or one basket of bread and butter. The dough I kneaded in the bread machine. For those who do not have such equipment, you can knead the dough by hand, but it will be longer. Dissolve the yeast in 100 ml warm water, add 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp flour, place in a warm place to rise. As soon as the foam, so everything is ready. In the rest of the water to pour semolina, to swollen. Beat egg with salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar, add the vegetable oil, approached the sourdough and water with semolina. Carefully enter the sifted flour and knead the dough. To put it in a bowl, cover with a towel and in a warm place for 2-3 hours to increase the test. Then again knead it well.
Divide the dough in half.
From one half of the dough to make here is such a lattice. To do this, divide the dough into equal pieces, roll each into long strands and twist together in such a way. You can make thicker. Ends test good to fix, so when moving the grid to the form, it is not crumbled.
Take the shape of the desired size. If you form is large, it may need all the dough. I took a small glass heat-resistant pan. Well grease it with vegetable oil.
Cover the form with parchment paper.
And gently place it on the form. To correct it to be straight. From the remnants of the test I did another flagella and made the rim of the basket.
Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. Then preheat the oven to 200 degrees, basket brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Then remove basket from form, flip and coat with the egg inside the basket. And bake another 10-15 minutes at 220 degrees until Golden brown.
Allow to cool completely.

And here it is beautiful. But still no cake and not crisantemi and conventional eggs. Here's the final rehearsal before the festival was today from me. And until Easter there is still time, I decided to share this wonderful recipe with you.
