Gingerbread lean
Fragrant and delicate gingerbread with honey-caramel flavor. Soft and extremely tasty.

Ingredients

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Tea bags

    2 piece

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Nutmeg

    0.1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.1 tsp

  • Carnation

    0.1 tsp

Cooking

In boiling water to brew 2 tea bags

Add honey and sugar, stir until full dissolution. Then add oil and all spices, stir

Add baking powder with flour, and gently but thoroughly stir to avoid lumps. Put the dough in shape and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 gr

To decorate on their own. I have powdered sugar and raspberry jam.
