Delicious, rosy, airy and delicious vegetable bun with mushrooms and onion, ideal for first and second dishes and even tea and coffee.

Cooking
Prepare a yeast dough. Yeast dissolve in warm water (3-4 tbsp) sugar. Add 2-3 tbsp of the sifted flour. It should be thick batter, like for pancakes. Mix everything and put in a warm place, covered with a towel. To speed up the process, I initially sifted 3 tbsp flour for the dough and putting the dough in warm place to rise, sifted two times the remaining flour, adding the salt. The dough is ready, when risen the cap starts to fall off slightly.
Sifted flour pour into a bowl for the dough, gradually pour warm water ~200 ml, mix well. Add the yeast mixture and continue to knead the dough. Pour 2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil. Knead until the dough until it stops sticking to your hands and utensils. The dough is soft, pleasant to the touch, you can say "easy dough". The finished dough cover with a towel and put in a warm place (I battery) for ~1.5 h. During this time, you need to press down the risen dough 1-2 times and give again to rise.
In the meantime, prepare the filling. Peel and boil in salted water potatoes. Onion clean, finely chop and put in pan with oil.
Finely chop the cooked mushrooms and add to the onions, slightly potseluem, you can add spices, stir and fry. Then add 2 tbsp Kikkoman sauce and another 2-3 min. keep on fire.
Boiled potatoes were mauled tolkushkoy.
For potatoes put the mushrooms with onions. If you the filling is too thick, you can add 1 tbsp. sauce Kikkoman. Turn on the oven at 180 C.
Visually the finished dough divide into 3 parts, with one working and the rest of the dough again, put in a bowl and cover with a towel or film. On a cutting Board roll out the dough, divide it into equal parts, will SkyTeam balls and cover with a towel.
Take the ball, first roll it in the palms, and then on the Board, it turns out the cake oval. Lubricate the cake with sunflower oil, evenly spread the filling (1 tbsp, no more, the dough is very thin),
and roll in one direction (the snail).
Put Snail on a greased baking sheet, brush with strong, sweet tea with the addition of vegetable oil, and bake at t 190 C until cooked, ~30 min.
Fragrant, hot snail detachable from the pan with a spatula and spread on a dish, cover with a towel. Bon appetit!
