Champagne jelly with peaches
After the holidays usually stays champagne. It can be used in the preparation of interesting dessert. Delicious, light, spicy flavor and prepared quickly.

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Champagne

    500 ml

  • Gelatin

    12 g

  • Peach

    250 g

Cut peaches in small pieces.

Pour into a saucepan, add sugar and on slow fire, stirring to dissolve it. During the heating process, the degree evaporate. Then add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Do not boil.

Put the peaches and pour the mixture in champagne. Put in the cold for 6-10 hours.
