step-0
This dessert I tried about 5 years ago in Hungary, I love it, but while I'm not fond of cooking, and chestnuts we had difficult to find. Yesterday, walking through the weekend market, I saw a scattering of walnuts and chestnuts. Thought of the dessert and the competition and offer You an unusual autumn dessert, whose protagonists - nuts and chestnuts.
step-1
Chestnut to make an incision crosswise and send for 10 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven, when the chestnut will be revealed (as pictured) - he is ready.
step-2
Nuts clear from the shell.
step-3
To connect with chestnut and walnuts in a blender and grind to education is not coarse crumbs.
step-4
For dessert, we still need cake, I was left with after the cake, I used. If sponge cake, it is possible to quickly prepare Your favorite recipe.
step-5
For impregnation of sponge cake and chestnuts I used a mixture of maple syrup and brandy.
step-6
Begin to collect our dessert. Put down the biscuit and pour the impregnation, top with mixture of nuts and chestnut, and again the impregnation.
step-7
Prepare cream combine mascarpone, cream (I used no fat, so that the cream turned out lighter) and lingonberry jam. Will beat into a soft mousse until smooth.
step-8
At the nut-brown mixture spread the mascarpone cream and cranberry jam. Alternate layers depending on the height of your glass.
step-9
The final touch is squeezing the cream from the pastry bag and decorate with berries fresh cranberries.
