Cooking
For starters, we need to preheat the oven to 150 degrees, a baking pan (I split with a diameter of 24 cm), cover with parchment paper and grease a little vegetable oil (the dough should not wait). Next mix all the liquid ingredients for crust:water, vegetable oil,2 tbsp lemon juice and a teaspoon of brandy
Then, in a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients:flour (sifted)baking powder, cocoa and 6 tbsp sugar. Mix well.
Dry ingredients add to liquid and stir quickly with a whisk (you can spoon or spatula)
The dough should get as thick sour cream. Pour the batter into the baking pan and set in oven for 10-15 min at 150 g, after increasing the temperature to 180-200g for 20 minutes (focus on your oven). The change of temperature need to make crust thoroughly, if you put directly on the 180, there is a risk that the cake browned on top and crust will be raw inside.
Ready cake cool down completely. It is not that high but quite soft. If you use carbonated water, the crust will be slightly higher.
Apricots cut into slices, sprinkle with sugar, add 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tsp of brandy. Bake in the oven until the sugar is melted. The filling turns sour, do not worry, in combination with the sweet cream the most!
Soak gelatine in cold water for 10-15 minutes, then dissolve in a water bath. Chilled cream whip until the whisk starts to leave marks, then, continuing to whisk, slowly add the powdered sugar (more or less guided according to your taste), vanilla sugar and pour gelatin. Need gelatin to the cream over time is not settled.
Korzh cut into 2 parts, to impregnate with a syrup of baked apricot. The first half to grease a part of the cream and lay apricot
Cover the second half of the cake and smear with cream the whole cake (part cream, if desired, leave for decoration). Put in freezer for 5 minutes so that the cream took a bit and make it easier to align.
Align (if possible) using a special spatula, or like me, just a big knife.
Decorate as your heart desires. I tried to learn to do roses, clumsy out, but the guests liked it))
