Kefir smoothie with blueberries
Perfect for Breakfast, snack or dessert. A wonderful drink that will give energy and good mood for the whole day!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    2 tsp

  • Blueberries

    2 handful

  • Sugar

    2 piece

  • Mint

Smoothie I used oat bran cereal from TM "Mistral", for which I thank Svetlana (miss).

So, let's start. Everything is quite simple and fast! Flakes pour kefir and leave to swell for a few minutes

When the flakes become soft, add the curd, sugar, a few mint leaves and blueberries. Mix well and beat with a mixer.
