Cooking
In a frying pan heat some oil, add honey, mix well. As soon as the honey begins to boil - put the ribs.
Sear on all sides until Golden brown. In the remaining oil with the honey and fry sliced onion rings.
Roasted Prime rib, spread in a shallow pan, pour the broth, put on low heat and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until tender.
At the end of the sautéing peel and slice the Apple, add to the meat. Season with salt and pepper, and leave for five minutes to stew without cover.
Raisins pour boiling water for 10 minutes, drain the water, squeeze the raisins, mix with onions and cream.
Spread a few spoonfuls of the mixture but the bottom of a large baking dish, put the ribs with apples, sprinkle with almonds, pour over the cream and bake in a preheated oven (200°) for 10 minutes.
