Turkey fillet baked with pear
Very tasty, juicy and flavorful dish! Like You and Your guests. Easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 kg

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sweet white wine

    5 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Prepare the marinade for the Turkey. For this mix the soy sauce, olive oil, wine, chopped garlic, pepper and paprika.

Pour the marinade fillet, pre-sliced into pieces. I had 4 pieces of 250g each. Marinade for 2-2.5 hours.

Marinate the Turkey spread on a baking tray lined with foil. I have castelaw baking paper - do not grease!

On top of the fillets lay out slices of pear.

Pear cheese spread plate.

Sent in a heated to 240-250 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes. Fragrant dish is ready!
