Terrine with olives and feta
Offer You to cook tender meat terrine with olives and feta cheese, soaked in the aromas of bacon. This hearty dish will become a worthy decoration of the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Black olives

    0.5 can

  • Soft cheese

    200 g

  • Bacon

    150 g

  • Dressing

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix well the minced meat with Maggi dressing for the pickle.

Add olives and feta cheese, diced.

Cover the form with foil, lay out the bacon so that the edges hanging.

Put meat filling.

Close the hanging edges of the bacon. Cover with foil and bake in preheated to 170 degree oven for 1 hour.

The terrine is ready, remove from the oven without removing the foil put under the yoke and allow to cool completely. Then drain the liquid and refrigerate for 5 hours, preferably overnight.
