Squid stuffed with mushrooms and vegetables
This recipe I heard on the radio in one of the culinary programs. He has me very intrigued and I decided to cook it. The result exceeded expectation. Until the morning rolls did not survive. I will follow the daughter. After 2 hours all my hard work was eaten, and I was persuaded to prepare the same for the New year.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cream cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Squid

    2 piece

Defrost the squid in advance, boil for 2-3 minutes. Potatoes, eggs already boiled. Melt butter, cut into small cubes cabbage and fry it. When the cabbage is almost ready, add the diced potatoes and mushrooms. Lightly fry a couple of minutes, put in bowl, add cheese, salt, on a coarse grater egg and pepper to taste. While it's hot be sure to the cheese and mix everything.

Waiting for everything to cool, stuffed squid received filling. Wrap in cling film and put in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.

Take out of the freezer and cut into approximately 1.5 cm.
