Insanely delicious, fast and flavorful chocolate roll with chocolate-coconut filling.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

Make the dough: whisk eggs with sugar, salt (pinch); mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa and add to egg mixture.

Baking tray lay a baking paper, grease with oil, pour the dough, flatten into a rectangle. Put in a preheated 180* oven for 10-15 min.

Make filling: cottage cheese mixed with butter, sour cream, powdered sugar and coconut.

Ready cake from roll roll directly from this paper. Leave on for 5-10 minutes Then deploy, coat with cream, roll tightly, decorate as desired with icing. I love to decorate the rolls, cakes with chocolate icing (50g butter, 4 tbsp milk, 3 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa mix and cook on low heat for about 2 minutes).
