For the cake we will need 5 pieces of pear. Wash them and cut into slices.
The dough I used brown sugar firm Mistral. He's lumpy, but we still need sugar to melt, I took about a Cup.
So, take a small saucepan and pour in the 1st. water and add 0,5 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 Cup of sugar. All this is warmed up to dissolve the sugar, add more honey.
When the sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and add baking powder. Mass will immediately be doubled. Then add the nuts, cinnamon and flour. All good mix up, the weight will be like thick cream.
Our pear is put into the form. The form is better to grease with vegetable oil.
Pour batter on pears. Put in preheated oven. The author was for 1 hour at 220 ° C., but in my oven the cake was ready in 25 minutes at 190*C. So, look at your oven.
When the cake is ready, take it out and allow to cool.
