Cooking

step-0
Sift the flour with the baking powder, add sugar, a pinch of salt, milk, margarine, and all beat with a mixer for 2 minutes.
step-1
Add grated on a medium grater carrots, lemon flavoring, mix well or RUB hands. Put the mass into the prepared muffin tin. I have a form of metal: one half I laid in the oiled paper rosettes (and it is important that they are accurately sized recesses, usually they specify diameter), the second half - just in a greased form.
step-2
Put the form in preheated oven on 180 gr. If the convection oven on 160 gr. With position "2" or "3". Bake for 25 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave to cool cupcakes in the oven.
step-3
While it was baking muffins - it's time to decorate. My "winter" carrots in the beds has not yet been raised, so I have a carrot made of marzipan mass. You can buy a lot, you can do it yourself from almonds, but you can buy from the German company Dr. Oetker. Pour into a mass of powdered sugar, stir. Add - food coloring (red and yellow). I mixed them beforehand on a saucer and drop by drop added to the mass, every time you checked - turned out I need the orange color.
step-4
Sprinkle work surface with powdered sugar and work with the mass. ... Rubs it with a spoon, fingers and the mass becomes like playdough, divide into equal parts and roll out each stripe, cut exactly to the desired number of carrots that they were the same size. Formable, skate two palms pretty penny
step-5
And on the Board index finger is rolled, clutching the edge of the workpiece, first, one stronger (this is the root of a carrot), then the second, wider - base. Turns out harvesting carrots. Only for 12 cupcakes you need 24 carrot, and you can play with the size and number (there will be a strategic reserve just in case).
step-6
Spread carrots on a plate, let dry. You can immediately try another raw to make cuts with a knife or toothpick. If it is badly drawn and is glued to the ground, let them dry out - but not for long.
step-7
Now we need to do for the future of the carrot - grass, on which she continuously growing :-). I rubbed (your old and dried up) marzipan grated. By the way, it's great and very long shelf life in the refrigerator.
step-8
Added a drop of green dye. You can wear gloves, the paint although nearly washed off later, but in the process, still a lot remains on the skin. However, to work in them I was uncomfortable - in General, I did.
step-9
All is well fingers frayed, stretched again and rubbed on a coarse grater.. Three, slowly... gently pressing against the float block and pull the entire length of the grater. The shavings should be long: from the top into the holes of the grater with the tip of a knife pushed the grated shavings, while it is not damaged and remains long.
step-10
This is the "grass in the garden" :-)
step-11
Cupcakes lubricated apricot jam, in our opinion- Brock lekvar.
step-12
And "plant grass" on the cupcakes... water does not nadot :-)
step-13
Left tails for the "carrot". Just here: in the green lot - yet again, a sweat drop of green dye look color, it needs to be darker than the grass. Fray, divide into pieces, roll out and tear off, roll out again. Pick up and fasten to the carrot with a toothpick, you can moisten the join if carrots dried.
step-14
All... our carrot clearing for bunnies ready..:-) swooped down!
step-15
Delicious cupcakes turned out.. spring and almost Easter :-) with sweet carrot flavor, apricot acidity and notes of fine almond and carrots.. then it was incredibly pathetic is...
