Came to the end of my week. For her our menu was appetizers, and a salad and hot, but what's a holiday without dessert. And so finally, dessert adult - flavored bananas in wine.

The wine pour into a saucepan and heat, when boiling, add sugar and cinnamon (I love cinnamon, so I added 2/3 tsp), and boil for 5 min.
Add to the boiling syrup with the sliced bananas and immediately remove from heat. Let cool slightly at room temperature and place in refrigerator to cool down and infuse.
After about 20-30 minutes you can start tasting (if you have time, the longer the dessert will stay in the fridge, the tastier it will be).
The remaining syrup from cooking for me personally to pour a hand rose, so fragrant and delicious it turned out. I hid it in the fridge, and the next day was used as impregnation for cake.
