Sometimes you want something special... once a similar recipe somewhere saw. But I suggest your own version. Pretty simple and fast to cook, it turns out hearty and healthy. I this cheese was served to guests. Kids and adults appreciated. And I hope You enjoy!

Cooking
In a blender grind the nuts. I took 3 kinds of nuts.
Then a hand blender and mix up a banana. The mass put in the fridge for 10 min.
I had fresh almonds, so I roasted, left to cool.
Take out the nut pulp from the fridge. If it is still very sticky, add coconut flakes. By the way, you can add a little brandy or rum for flavor.
Shape the meatballs inside and pressed almonds. The beads are again sent to cool.
In a water bath melted chocolate. Add the cream or milk.
Poured the chocolate balls and dip them in coconut flakes.
