Sandwiches with semolina and ham
A hearty Breakfast or a delicious snack. Fast, easy and delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Ham

    2 slice

  • Sundried tomatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mozzarella

    25 g

  • Greens

    1 sprig

  • Baton

    3 slice

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Purple onion, ham, dried tomatoes, and mozzarella finely chopped.

To put all in a bowl add the egg.

Pour semolina. Mix well.

Add the herbs, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes to semolina swollen.

The resulting mass is spread on a baguette or white bread. Fry in hot oil, stuffed down over low heat about 10 minutes. Then turn over and "browned" on the other hand. Serve hot.
