Description
If your husband is an aspiring super-fisherman who fishes in the outskirts of a small provincial town in hopes to provide his family with food and to recoup all their costs on the acquisition of different stuff to successfully catch fish, then this recipe is for you. Let the head of the family rejoice, as the results of his fishing work, take pride of place on the table. PS: I do not eat fish, but it turns out really delicious, eating even finicky children as the bones are not felt and the fish is crispy like chips.

Cooking
Take fish trifle, clean it as necessary (remove the scales, cut off the head, tail and fins, take out the insides).
Dip them in flour with salt and black pepper.
Fry in vegetable (sunflower) oil (fish should float in the oil) until Golden brown.
Spread on a napkin and enjoy the wonderful homemade fish chips under the appropriate drink.
