Ingredients

  • Carrots

    0.66 cup

  • Walnuts

    0.66 cup

  • Sugar

    0.333 cup

  • Sour cream

    0.33 cup

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

Cooking

Connect the flour with the baking powder, vanilla sugar, semolina and salt.

Mix cottage cheese with sour cream, sugar. Add the egg. Mix well and pour into flour mixture. Add carrots and nuts and mix thoroughly.

Put the mass into molds, greased. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. To get out of the tins when cool, and then crumble.
