Cooking
The list was impressive, but it's not anything military! :-D For starters, cut the fish into serving pieces. Now prepare the marinade: soy sauce + lemon juice (I just pierced the flesh of the lemon in several places and pressed the fruit - how much run out and so is mine!) + hops-suneli. Sol I was added, relying on soy sauce. But then, having tried the fried fish, still slightly her podalia, so that the marinade could easily add more and salt!
The marinade looks ugly (dark sauce and soft hops-suneli), but, in my opinion, the fish is ideal. So, leave the fish in the marinade for at least 30-40 minutes. And in the meantime prepare vegetables. Carrots and beets I rubbed on a grater, shredded onion rings and garlic slices.
Carrots and beets I lightly sprinted in a pan, virtually no butter (how this allows Your pans), and the fish rolled in flour and fried in hot oil until Golden brown (not until tender!!!). Now take a refractory form (I have a glass pan), lightly grease it with vegetable oil and begin to lay out layers: at the bottom of the fish, and top with the beets and garlic. Now everything is slightly smeared with mayonnaise (of course, most low fat!) and continued to lay out layers: fish, carrots, and onions. It was the turn of the omelet. I just whipped the eggs with the milk and salt. And then - in violation of all its rules, has added a little starch. This future omelet I filled the fish with the vegetables and put them in the microwave for 7 minutes (at maximum power).
Then I took the pan out of the microwave, sprinkled on top the dish with grated cheese and put a couple of drops of mayonnaise (to cheese the crust was not hard). And again put it in the microwave for 3-4 minutes, in General, to melt cheese. This is such a beautiful dish I got:
It remains only to put an piece on a plate, serve vegetables, and greens (I did a very predictable, classically) balls of boiled rice. Bon appétit!!! P. S. in Advance anticipating the questions, the answer is: of course, the oven can also cook this looks yummy! ;-) But will have to add very little time!
