Before the summer is still far away, but now I want some baked potatoes. Potatoes of course, cooked, but with a secret. This recipe I read long ago, in some book. Try it, you will not regret!!!!

Cooking
Choose smooth, of about the same size of potato tubers, with a brush to thoroughly wash the peel from the skin. Fill with water and boil, when the potatoes is boiling, add 6 tbsp of salt and cook until tender.
While the potato is cooking, make the salad. Cut the onion finely and pour over boiling water.
Until onions are hot, add to it 1 teaspoon of sand, salt to taste and 1 tea spoon of vinegar, mix well. Give a little brew, add mayonnaise and put it in the refrigerator to cool.
Here and potatoes cook, and the secret is that adding large amounts of salt, we increase the temperature and our potatoes, it turns out to taste like baked, not in the ashes, and salt, and the taste is indistinguishable. Even though it is not salty.
