Cooking
1. In a Cup of iceberg to break up, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the cilantro leaves.
2. The onion and pepper finely chop.
3. From the tuna to drain the oil. In a Cup mix the tuna, onion, pepper, mustard and cheese.
4. On the cake spread the tuna on top of a slice of avocado and wedges of tomato. Decorate as desired. Bon appetit!
