Cooking
In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp of salt, sugar, vodka.
Coat the fish with the mixture, cover and put into the refrigerator for 4 hours.
That fish is ready! Make the sandwiches. I took tins of cookies in the shape of a star. Cut out the bread and cheese.
Fry on a dry pan.
And assemble the sandwiches. (My first experience. Do not judge strictly.) The bread, then the cheese, chop the fish finely and make a flower. And served on a festive table!)
