Cake
Variation on the theme of "bird's milk". I wanted something sweet, so I decided to cook! Very tasty and easy to prepare cake.

Ingredients

  • The cake

    1 pack

  • Egg white

    5 piece

  • Citric acid

    0.333 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Red currants

    200 g

  • Water

    150 ml

Cooking

Soak gelatin in 150 ml of water and leave for 40-60 minutes.

Whisk whites with sugar, vanilla and citric acid. Add sugar in small portions to well disappeared! Should get here such dense foam.

Heat gelatin until dissolved and a drop of introducing it into the protein mass.

Set the split form on a dish and begin to assemble the cake. The cakes spread frozen berries.

Closing the berries beaten egg whites. On the top layer of cream I put quite a bit to the berries shone through :-) .

Decorate the cake with confectionery sprinkles or fresh berries and put on 1-1,5 in the fridge Bon appetit:-)! And me, debut on "the Cook" :-[
