Flaky honey cake, Honey Cake Leyered
Cake from Michelle with my small changes. Many thanks to her for such a delicious cake.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Cream

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Gelatin

    2 piece

Will heat in a water bath butter, milk, honey and sugar.

When all dissolved remove from the fire, drive a egg. Separately proseem flour with baking soda and salt. Gradually adding flour, knead nekrutoe dough. Leave it covered with a towel for 15 min.

Roll out thin cakes, nekolim them with a fork in several places (not swollen) and bake until brown in a preheated 180 C oven.

Now prepare our cream. To separate a little cream and reheat. Soak gelatine in cold water for a few minutes. Combine the gelatin with the warmed cream, mix up and let completely dissolve. Sour cream and cream I fluffed up with a mixer until peaks. In cream add our vanilla and sugar. Into the cream, add the gelatine, is completely dissolved, and connect these with sour cream.
