Bread mousse
Traditional Estonian dessert bread soup or bread mousse. A good way to cook some dried bread.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    8 slice

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Mac

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

Preparing the dessert is very simple. The bread is broken into pieces or just filled with water, if it is very stale. Fold the bread and washed raisins, and poppy seeds in saucepan. Add sugar and a dash of salt. Boil all for 10 minutes, the mass was homogeneous. Cool the mousse and whip it with a mixer. Serve after completely cooled with whipped cream or thick sour cream. Someone like that can pour into the ramekin of cream or milk is also very tasty.You can also sprinkle with a choice of coconut flakes in my case. Well suited zest,dark chocolate and candied cherries. I will eat well!!!!
