Description

Fish pie dough
Quick and easy recipe for fish pie. Requires no special skills! Just need the desire, the right foods (and not much) and time!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Water

    0.3 cup

  • Canned fish

    2 can

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

For the dough we need: flour, eggs, margarine, water.

Margarine grate on a coarse grater.

Add the flour and mash everything together with your hands.

Add eggs, water and salt.

Knead the dough for 20 minutes. Ready wrap the dough in plastic and put in the fridge for 30 minutes meanwhile, prepare a filling :)

For the filling we need: canned, e.g. mackerel and saury. Can others take fish or mix more options.

Canned grind handles, cheese rubbed on a coarse grater, onion cut into thin half-rings.

Remove dough from refrigerator and divide it into 2 parts. One part roll out to a thickness of 0.7-1 cm and put on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil. I use a little baking tray so I get all. If you have a large, improvise :)

Put canned, salt, pepper to taste.

Add cheese.

Roll out other half of dough and cover pie. Edge to cut, we will use them for decoration.
