Cooking

step-0
Our products. I used powdered milk skim and fat milk powder. Of nonfat dry milk candy softer. The original recipe calls for 60 g of powdered sugar, but I found it not sweet enough.
step-1
Milk be sure to sift.
step-2
Mix in a bowl the milk and powdered sugar. I have the vanilla powdered sugar. In the original recipe the oil is first triturated with powdered sugar, and then pour the milk. I did so, and in another way, the difference in result is not felt.
step-3
Add soft butter and flavoring. I added a few drops of rum extract. Hand knead the dough.
step-4
Here is the resulting dough is uniform, soft and non-sticky. If the dough does not work, you can enter the milk, a little bit, and continue to knead.
step-5
In two bowls add cocoa powder and coconut flakes. Sculpt dough balls and put 6-7 pieces in bowls. At this stage you get the kids to roll the balls, they like it!
step-6
Close the bowl with a lid and lightly shake them out to each ball, roll in topping.
step-7
Ready candy adds to the capacity m put them in the cold. In the refrigerator the candy can be stored 4-5 days.
