Coconut cream with white chocolate
Offer a very simple recipe that I borrowed from the Polish site chef Madzia. Just three ingredients - and You have a delicious dessert that can be eaten alone or with toast or homemade bread. We have dessert disappeared instantly!

Ingredients

  • Coconut shavings

    50 g

  • Cream

    100 g

  • White chocolate

    100 g

Pour the cream in a pan on the stove bring to a boil.

To the cream add white chocolate.

Mass stir until dissolved chocolate.

And remove from heat. Add coconut, stir. Give mass to cool.

The cream put in a jar and refrigerate for 8-10 hours. Coconut absorbs cream, and the result is a very delicious cream. I did just double. Bon appetit!
