Prepare the caramel. It is possible to take already ready, it is also good, but I decided to bother. Melt 150 g of sugar with two tablespoons of water in kastrjulke and bring to a boil. The mixture should thicken and become dark brown.
Pour it in the molds to cover the bottom. I took different. Here are ribbed and flat too.
Mix the coconut milk with cow in a saucepan, add ground cardamom and bring to a boil. I milled grains of cardamom in the coffee grinder and then sifted them through a strainer directly into the milk mixture.
When the mixture boils, remove from heat and allow to cool. The mixture should be warm. Whisk the eggs, yolks and remaining sugar.
Slowly pour the milk mixture into the egg in a thin stream. How should stir and pour into molds. Molds should be placed in a fireproof form for the water bath. And the oven heated to 180 degrees.
Pour water into a refractory form, which are our molds, and place in the oven for 40 minutes. Cook in a water bath. Then take out, cool and refrigerate.
Pulls from the molds just before serving. It turned out tender, melting in your mouth with rich taste of coconut flans. The cardamom gave an exotic accent. Delicious dessert! Highly recommend!
