Apple cloud
Delicate Apple cream, with a light orange aroma. Air can be a dessert or a cream layer biscuit. Try this Apple cider delight!

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 kg

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    120 ml

  • Cream

What we need. Just say, I did half portions.

Apples cleaned and cut into thin slices.

Pour water into a saucepan, squeeze the lemon juice and add apples. Simmer over low fire until tender. If apples are very juicy, the amount of water to reduce.

Orange peel, grind and add to apples. Add sugar and simmer stirring occasionally for another 10 min.

Soak the gelatin in 2 liters of water or any syrup for 5 min. Applesauce whisk we make a lot more homogeneous. If desired, RUB through a sieve, but then again heat almost to boiling and add gelatin. Stir to put on the cold to cool down.

Then... I buy eggs from a neighbor and assured of their safety, so I whip the whites of 2-3 pieces to a solid foam with a small amount of sugar and put in layers into the glasses ( the bowl is in dreams). But, instead of eggs perfect whipped cream, also tried and liked.

From the top you can decorate: mint leaves, almonds, bright berry. My daughter really likes it, but prefers to steal from the pan. Try, can from a large container and really delicious! Bon appetit!
