Long been eyeing this recipe... Found it in the book "Cooking with confidence" (Boris Burda). Today it was prepared to my beloved husband - he liked it.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Thoroughly wash the cabbage.

Pour the sauce in the center of the bowl and put the remainder of the florets and stems of cabbage - so tightly that the sauce fully covers them. Cover the bowl with a saucer on top and pressed a bowl of weights (you can substitute 1-2 cans of canned food). Allow to infuse for 1 hour.

Tightly cover the bowl with cabbage with foil and put to prepare for a couple over a saucepan with boiling water. Cover with a lid and cook 12-15 minutes to cabbage weight well protomelas. Then remove the load and the plate, remove the foil.
