Cream puffs and strawberries
Very simple, quick and tasty.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky yeast

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Strawberry

Ready puff-yeast dough roll out lightly, cut circles with a Cup and put into a form.

Fill with cream and bake in the oven. The temperature is approx. 180*C, for 35-40 minutes. Custard: milk, put on fire, and yolks, sugar and flour mix and pour in the boiling milk. Cook until thick. Add vanilla. You can put butter. Cool.

When ready remove from oven and in each basket to put the strawberries. If strawberries are fresh, and you can bake with it.
