Banana flip with rhubarb
Beautiful dessert with a marble pattern, easy to prepare and delicious. For the contest "Sweet taste of summer".

Ingredients

  • Rhubarb

    450 g

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    125 g

The petioles of rhubarb peel, cut into pieces, add water and cinnamon, cook until soft on low heat for about 5 minutes.

In a blender, grind the bananas and prepared rhubarb, add sugar, mix well.

Carefully enter the yogurt, not much stirring to get the marble stains.

Putting on glasses and chill.
