Description
Light refreshing cocktail with strawberries and wine notes. For the contest "Sweet taste of summer".
Ingredients

Strawberry

Lemon juice

Dry white wine
100 ml

200 ml
Cooking
Strawberries wash, remove the leaves, using a blender to make puree. Add sugar. I put 1 tbsp of sugar, turned out not very sweet, more of it the better.
Whisk the lemon juice, wine and cream till soft peaks, combine with the strawberry puree, mix well.
To put on wine glasses. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. The dessert itself is stratified into two layers.
