Something I have suffered for cooking desserts in their skin. If it was only a banana, I now added and kiwi. And all this is for the contest "Sweet taste of summer".

Cooking
Take a banana, cut with a knife on top of the peel to get banana. Take out the banana without breaking the peel, and cut it into small pieces.
A teaspoon of extracts from the peel of the kiwi pulp. Do this carefully without damaging the skin.
Now mix the kiwi, banana and ice cream.
The resulting mixture fill our fruit cups.
Sent in the freezer to solidify. When it hardens, pull it out. The top I decorated with pumpkin seeds.
Give a little melted our fruit and remove the peel. If you do not let to melt, the skin will break and it will be impossible to remove it. That's all. Bon appetit. Good luck on the contest!
