Pork with cream
Delicious pork with mushrooms and a creamy taste.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Zira

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Flour

  • Black pepper

1) Pork cut into small pieces

2) Finely chop onions, garlic. 3) On the heated pan in vegetable oil fry the onion until Golden brown. 4) add to the onions and frozen mushrooms and sauté 8 minutes ( mushrooms should thaw and give the juice), stirring constantly. 5) Add the garlic, mix well. Fry for 2 minutes. 6) Put onion-mushroom mixture to the pork. 7) Add cumin, turmeric, red pepper, black pepper and salt. Fry for 5 minutes.

8) Pour the cream, cover and leave for about 30 minutes - 40 (depends on the type of pork). Do not forget to stir.

I have used these cream.

9) Open the lid. Add 1 tsp of flour and stir. The sauce should thicken. In an extreme case, add more flour.
