Mexican soup with beans

Pour the bean broth. Traditionally it's a beef broth. It I use. But you can use any meat or vegetable broth. Cook the beans in the broth of about 1, 5 hours on low heat. The beans should become very soft. If necessary, add salt.

Add the vegetables to the broth with the beans.

Then add chili pepper. I have dried you can use fresh. But very gently, adding a little more, you can completely ruin the whole taste. Continue to cook the soup for about another 30 minutes on low heat.
