Here do experiments with the bread machine, this time using sour milk and mashed potatoes (dry mix). It turned out moderately salty, fragrant bread with a sour taste.

In the bowl of the bread machine downloadable products according to the instructions.
Use basic programme of baking bread, the crust is average, weight 750, the baking time (my version) 3.18
