Pie of beef with broccoli and cheese
Originally I had planned a dish called "beef Roulade with broccoli and cheese" but the old woman is proruha - in short, the result was a "Meat pie with broccoli and cheese", and want to provide you with on the court.))

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Broccoli

    100 g

  • Soft cheese

    100 g

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

With meat removed of the film, repel, salt, pepper, add all desired spices, soy sauce, and leave to marinate for a few hours;

Spread on meat broccoli and grated on a coarse grater cheese;

Wrap stuffing in the meat, secure with toothpicks or sewing up a thread (a thread can be pre-primality);

Wrap in foil and put into the oven for 90 minutes and bake at t 200 degrees, and 10-15 minutes until cooked open the foil and allow the loaf to brown. (temperature can be made smaller, so as not to overdry meat. Be guided by your oven.)

I didn't go as planned: roll torn, and the stuffing was out, and instead roll turned out to be such a wonderful meat pie with broccoli and cheese)));
