Prepared EASTER and it turned out just the dessert :) they approved :)
Ingredients

Gelatin
25 g

Sugar
5 tsp

Butter
100 g

Condensed milk
1 can
-
Cheese
2 pack

Sour cream
300 ml

Hazelnuts
Cooking
Gelatin to dissolve the dried apricots chop the nuts to crush the raisins to steam all combine and stir
Whip cream with the softened butter and sugar
Add condensed milk
Mix well and combine with dried fruit and cottage cheese
Add the gelatin
Pour into shape and put in refrigerator to congeal
