Turkey hearts with a side dish. Original, delicious and satisfying

Ingredients

  • Heart

    900 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Pasta

    6 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

With hearts to cut the veins and excess fat, to give them a neat shape. Fill with water for 15 minutes. Wash. In a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil put the Turkey hearts. Fry under a lid on low heat (about 40 minutes). Add fire, open the lid for the evaporation of the liquid, stir occasionally.

Add the chopped onion. The fire abated, cook, stirring so onions do not burn.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, salad to taste, add cream. Simmer until it thickens (about 10 minutes).

Grate cheese on a fine grater.

In a pot of boiling and salted water, drop the socket (I have Makfa, thin and long noodles), cook according to instructions (mine is 3 minutes).

On a plate put lettuce. With a slotted spoon to remove the socket welded and put on top of the leaves.

In the middle of the finished nest to put a few hearts, rounded side up, to remind me of bird eggs.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.
