Rice meatballs
My family love these meatballs-or rather, probably cakes. A good replacement for ordinary rice in the second. Try maybe you will like it!

Ingredients

  • Figure

    250 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • A bouillon cube

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Boil the rice in salted water and drain in a colander.

Green onions cut into rings and mix with rice, eggs, breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, ground black pepper, and about 1/2 diluted bouillon cube.Better to add a bouillon cube (diluted), and then salt.Otherwise, you can overdo.

Rice weight form 12 meatballs and fry for 2-3minutes on each side.
