Fried fish in the original crust of rice.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Salt

Fish cut into portions, season with salt, dip in beaten egg.

Roll in boiled rice and give a little dry (the rice is stuck by the eggs to the fish).

Fry both sides in vegetable oil until tender.
